Process to transfer warranty
Here is the process for transferring ownership on our Dell
recertified products. Dell has made
transferring the ownership easy.
Simply log onto the link below FROM
THE SYSTEM / NOTEBOOK,
You must allow Dell to find my service tag allowing “active X” to
install during this process, follow the prompts the ownership will transfer
immediately.
Please note during the process you must.
Only put in the information in the former owner area that
has an asterisk
Dell will ask for the former owner first name it is
Dell will ask for the former owner last name it is Synnett
Transfer up to 7 units at a time.
Go to www.dell.com
Go to Support.
Go to Warranty Information.
Go to Ownership Transfer.
Fill out information.
If the systems is not running you can still do the ownership
transfer by typing in the service tag, browse around the ownership transfer
screen you will see the link.
