You don’t have to know a lot about computers when you use our service.  The way we run our business assures our customers will be pleased.  From the moment you set your computer CPU or tower on our counter we may be able to start examining it for FREE, we will let you know weather or not your computer is built to perform adequately.  These are set standards, not standards made up when you arrive. Meeting suggested hardware recommendations combined with our "Tune-up" package or operating system reload, which includes spending time with you when you pick up your computer instructing you on maintenance and Internet browsing "do's and don'ts", is the recipe for a happy customer and good running computer. Our goal is to assure your computer is going to perform as good as possible when it leaves our shop. Over *97% of our customers go with our hardware recommendations and...

What makes Allied Computers, Inc., different? Our goal from conception of the business was to find and fix the source of a problem, and fix it right. We do not "jerry rig". It is not worth doing if it is not done right. We are rarely defeated by a computer problem which allows our customers to keep their data while the Operating System is fully repaired. We do not accept other sources of diagnosis because we find that more times than not, the diagnosis performed somewhere else is not accurate. In-House Computer Repair: Bring in your tower or CPU, (no cords) and we   will look your computer over at NO CHARGE and let you know what it takes to make it work like it should. If you can’t get your computer to us, and you have a need, just give us a call and allow us the opportunity to work with you to get your computer needs met.  

 

      Hardware:  Allied Computers, Inc., stocks most standard hardware items and will order those we don’t have. We install many items you purchase from us at NO CHARGE.

     Software: We have a comprehensive software tune-up package that is second to none. Even a new computer bought elsewhere can greatly benefit from our tune-up package before you set it up (cost effective). We spend 6-10 hours (up to 20 hours) on your computer going completely through it. We incorporate the necessary software in a “user friendly” manner and instruct you on how to maintain the computer. All this is done using a detailed procedure and check list then a quality procedure and checklist is used to verify nothing was missed. The computer is cleaned inside and out in most cases removing fans and heatsinks to assure the processor is going to run as cool as possible. All this and more is included in our full tune-up package.  

  

On-Site Service: Our qualified technicians service your network, workstations or PC, for an hourly rate or by the job, depending on the circumstances and agreement..  

Laptop Repair: Yes, we repair laptops as well, both hardware and software. From replacing the LCD screen to replacing a broken AC power jack. Work is done in-house at ACI generally at a fraction of the cost quoted from the laptop manufacturer.
